JG Fleming LLP is a Firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants located at 10B Foundry Lane, Omagh, BT78 1ED.
The Practice, previously named Kirwan & Fleming was originally established in Omagh in 1995 by one of the current partners, Geoffrey Fleming MRICS and Aidan Kirwan MRICS. The business operated as a sole principal entity after Aidan Kirwan left in 1997 and converted to a limited liability partnership in 2007 initially with two partners Geoffrey Fleming MRICS and Rosemary Fleming.
We are a modern Practice with a strong reputation in the market place. We are proud to be acknowledged as the largest firm of Chartered Surveyors in Omagh as well as being one of County Tyrone's best-known Property Consultants, particularly in Commercial Sales and Lettings. The Company comprising a team of qualified and motivated Chartered Surveyors provide a high level of expertise and professionalism. We offer a diverse range of effective property services.
Re-locate was established in 2004 to deal with residential sales and lettings within the JG Fleming LLP umbrella. Since its inception the firm has seen a steady growth in the market share locally.
